The RCP Blog
This continues to be a concern for me and my family. I hope we hear the voices of those that will dispute this poll. We love our visits to the UK.

Don, I wanted to respond to your comment on conservative.home as I feel you needn't worry.

In my experience I would say that people in this country (UK) generally have a great respect for Americans. The big distinction to be made, however, is that 'anti-americanism', if it can be called that, is on the whole directed at the policies of the present US administration, and not of the American people themselves.

They are concerned about the administration as the perception has been that they do not care about the opinions of other nations, and seek to impose an American agenda on the world. Regardless of the truth of this, that is the general perception amongst Europeans.
